no_more_FML2010 Is here – very well known, now.

I’m not one of those eternally optimistic people, but in 2009 I encountered many major struggles.  I didn’t get through them by always complaining about what was wrong and always claiming how much the year sucked.  By year’s end I had learned how to expect good things and focus on the positives of the day instead of worrying about what was wrong. This has changed my attitude about a number of things.

In America there’s always been a constant whinefest. Someone’s always complaining and bitching about something negative. Well yeah, we do have tough times and every day isn’t a piece of cake, but forever bitching about what’s wrong – some people like to call it venting. There’s a limit.

We all do it. We get all bent out of shape with the first thing that doesn’t happen the way we want, but how often do we counter that with a focus on what went right? How often do we expect good instead of always saying, “well this doesn’t surprise me?”

You know that term well right now.  FML
I say that’s bullshit. If your life was so fucked you wouldn’t be able to come on the internet and bitch about it. You wouldn’t have a network of virtual contacts there to listen to you “vent.”

It’s 2010 and FML is so 2009 as far as this dork goes.
I say NO MORE! Don’t bring that whiny ass attitude around me. Go stand in the corner with your negative spirit. I’ve got upward directions to go.
Quit grounding yourself with negative vibes.
