I don’t know what the motivation was for her to be thinking of me and inspired to send such a fun greeting, but for a moment I mattered enough to someone for her to take time out to let me know. I appreciated her much for it
It seems these “blue moods” are recurring more and more frequently, so you’re concerned there might be a problem. If you’re like I was you might be a bit too prideful or you don’t want to (or can’t afford to) visit your doctor over a little problem of feeling sad about things. Still you need to check things out.
Fortunately there is a simple test that you can take to get an idea if you might be experiencing symptoms of actual depression.
So here’s the deal. I put a lot of effort and emotion into getting some good pictures to create some some strong artistic images from this week and came up far short of my goal.
Most of us would do whatever we could to stop someone from attempting suicide if we only knew they were about to try.
Still if someone we know is contemplating suicide is keeping their thoughts hidden how are we to know so that we can do something? There’s not a simple solution to that problem; however if we know what to look for we can might be able to recognize a “tip” if presented.
