I may have helped to save a life today.
This….what happened today…..works. Saving a life, or even just the possibility that I may have been involved in saving someone’s life, most definitely works. It’s the ultimate compliment to my fellow man. It means they are worth my time and effort. It means I care about them. It means I, too, am a part of the human race. And mostly, it means that I, too, am worth it to myself.

Is fairness so difficult?
Sometimes people can be ignorant to the point of being hurtful. They don’t mean it because they don’t think about it. It’s still hurtful, though. It’s still ignorant.

Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow…it’s all the same.
So I’m sitting here today dealing with small panic attacks. I honestly have no idea why, either. I just suddenly have this feeling of complete dread and hopelessness and it feels like someone is standing on my chest.

First blog-feeling OK today.
I just went through a bout of wanted to be isolated from society. I just didn’t want to deal with anything. Work forces me to deal with it, though. I don’t call off work unless I physically can’t make it, so work is actually therapeutic for me.
